- Q. Is it possible to change/ cancel the reservation by phone or email?
- A. Yes. You could be charged a cancellation fee depending on the situation
- Q. Until when are reservation changes allowed on this website?
- A. It is possible until your check-in day. Please feel free to give us a call.
- Q. From when will be cancellation fee be charged?
- A. The free cancellation timing depends on the type of the hotels.
Details can be confirmed on the reservation page of your expected accommodation.
【Petit Hotels】
3 days before check-in day: 50% of the total accommodation fee
On the check-in day: 100% of the total accommodation fee
No show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
【Villa Types】
7 days before check-in day: 50% of the total accommodation fee
On the check-in day: 100% of the total accommodation fee
No show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
- Q. How many nights can be reserved at one time?
- A. No limitation.
- Q. Is it possible for juveniles to book a room/stay?
- A. The guests who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Q. can infant or child sleep together without extra beds?
- A. Free of charge for children under 6 years old if no extra bed is requested.
- Q. Are pets allowed?
- A. No pets allowed.
- Q. Do you accept group accommodation reservations?

About Stay
- Q. Is check-in at the front desk of each hotel?
- A. We accept procedures at the Guest Service Center on the premises (inside Palm Town).
- Q. What time is check-in/check-out? Can I extend?
- A. The check-in is from 3pm to 9pm and the check-out is until 11 am. Regarding the extension of check-out time, the lastest time is 13:00,
and 1000 JPY/hour will be charged extrally.
*Please note that the check-in time will be different for same-day reservations. (18:00-21:00)
- Q. Can I change the check-in time scheduled?
- A. Please contact us if you arrive later than 9pm.
- Q. Is there any parking space?
- A. Yes, parking lots are free of charge and reservations are NOT required.
- Q. Can I store the luggage before check-in/ after check-out?
- A. Yes. Please contact us at Plam Springs Miyakojima Guest Service Center
- Q. Do you have rental sets for children?
- A. We have baby beds, strollers, baby seats.
- Q. How do I do when I left something in the hotel?
- A. We will keep lost things except for foods and beverages, newspapers for 2 weeks.

- A. Yes. The bathroom and the restroom are separated for all the rooms.
- Q. Is there any non-smoking/smoking room?
- A. Non-smoking rooms only.

- Q. Can I send the suitcase or luggage prior to your arrival?
- A. Yes. Please contact us by Email/telephone /inform our Guest Service Center in advance.
- Q. Is there any convenience store nearby?
- A. There is a convenience store around 5 minutes on foot.
- Q. Is there any store in the property?
- A. There is a drink vending machine at our Guest Service Center.
- Q. Is room cleaning provided during the stay?
- A. Basically not. If you need it, please contact us at the Guest Service Center/Email/telephone.
- Q. Is there airport shuttle service?
- A. Those who use our rent-a-car service will get it for free. If you need it, please contact us at the Guest Service Center/Email/telephone.
